Taxes and Duties. 19.9.1 The TSP shall bear and promptly pay all statutory taxes, duties, levies and cess, assessed/levied on the TSP, its Contractors or their employees that are required to be paid by the TSP as per the Law in relation to the execution of the Project and for providing Transmission Service as per the terms of this Agreement.
