Taxes and Third-Party Fees. You must pay, and we are not responsible for payment of, any applicable taxes and third-party fees (such as telephone toll charges, mobile carrier fees, ISP charges, data plan charges, credit card fees, or foreign exchange fees) incurred in connection with the licensing of your Developer Software through Adobe Exchange or other channels approved by us. If any fees are charged to us, we may take steps to collect those fees from you, and you will be responsible for all related collection costs and expenses incurred by us.
