TEACHER RELEASE. In order to stress the importance of honoring a professional contract, the Board will have the option of releasing a teacher upon payment of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) after June 1; Four Hundred Dollars ($400) after July 1; Eight Hundred Dollars ($800) after August 1 to completion of the contract. There will be no waiver of the liquidated damages in the event a teacher resigns subsequent to June 1 of any contract year.
