Teacher Self-Reflection Sample Clauses

Typically, this involves teachers completing self-assessment forms, reflecting on lesson effectiveness, or setting personal development goals, often as part of an annual review process. By formalizing self-reflection, the clause encourages continuous improvement and accountability, helping teachers identify strengths and areas for development to enhance overall instructional quality.
