Common use of Teacher Self-Reflection Clause in Contracts

Teacher Self-Reflection. a. Prior to a self-reflection conference the employee will complete a self-reflection form. A form for this purpose is in Appendix I-3. b. The self-reflection conference provides an opportunity for a conversation around professional goals between the teacher and evaluator.
