Referenced Documents 2.3.1 Unless the context shall otherwise specifically require, and subject to Section 21, whenever any provision of this Agreement refers to a technical reference, technical publication, CLEC Practice, SBC-13STATE Practice, any publication of telecommunications industry administrative or technical standards, or any other document specifically incorporated into this Agreement (collectively, a “Referenced Instrument”), it will be deemed to be a reference to the then-current version or edition (including any amendments, supplements, addenda, or successors) of each Referenced Instrument that is in effect, and will include the then-current version or edition (including any amendments, supplements, addenda, or successors) of any other Referenced Instrument incorporated by reference therein.
Copies of Contract Documents to Contractor Without charge to the Contractor the Design Professional shall furnish to the Contractor up to five sets of completed Contract Documents in hardcopy, one set of reproducible and electronic background floor and reflected ceiling plan drawings and, if requested, one copy in read-only electronic format. The Contractor may obtain such additional sets of Contract Documents, as the Contractor deems necessary and shall pay the cost of reproduction of such additional sets to the Design Professional.
REVIEW OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS 4.2.1 The Contractor shall carefully study and compare the Contract Documents and shall immediately report in writing to the Architect and the State any error, inconsistency or omission he may discover. The Contractor shall not be liable to the State or the Architect for any damage resulting from any such errors, inconsistencies or omissions in the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall perform no portion of the Work at any time without Contract Documents or, where required, approved Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples for such portion of the Work.
Related Documents The words “Related Documents” mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.
Procurement Documents Agency specific documents for acquisition of goods or services that include financial obligation. Protecting Agency: Agency responsible for providing direct incident management within a specific geographical area pursuant to its jurisdictional responsibility or as specified and provided by contract, cooperative agreement, etc. Protection: The actions taken to mitigate the adverse effects of fire on environmental, social, political, economic, and community values at risk. Reimbursements and Purchase Orders Expense reimbursement is not guaranteed and, when possible, Board members should seek pre- approval of expenses by providing an estimation of expenses on the Board's standardized estimated expense approval form, except in situations when the expense is diminutive. When pre-approval is not sought, Board members must seek reimbursement on the Board's standardized expense reimbursement form. PRODUCT MANUFACTURER'S SUPPLIERS Only those dealers/distributors listed by the manufacturer will be considered authorized to act on behalf of the Product Manufacturer.
Payment of Checks, Drafts and Orders Subject to Section 9.5, the Assuming Institution agrees to pay all properly drawn checks, drafts and withdrawal orders of depositors of the Failed Bank presented for payment, whether drawn on the check or draft forms provided by the Failed Bank or by the Assuming Institution, to the extent that the Deposit balances to the credit of the respective makers or drawers assumed by the Assuming Institution under this Agreement are sufficient to permit the payment thereof, and in all other respects to discharge, in the usual course of conducting a banking business, the duties and obligations of the Failed Bank with respect to the Deposit balances due and owing to the depositors of the Failed Bank assumed by the Assuming Institution under this Agreement.
Bid Documents The terms and conditions of the Invitation to Bid attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "B" shall be incorporated herein as a part of this Agreement.
Sub-Processors 8.1. The Data Processor has outlined in the Data Pro Statement whether the Data Processor uses any third parties (sub-processors) to help it process the Personal Data, and if so, which third parties.
