Teachers Assigned to Teach Blended-Learning Programs. Instructional personnel teaching blended learning program may be employees of the charter school or may be contracted to provide instructional services. At a minimum, the instructional personnel must hold state certification as required by Section 1012.55, Florida Statutes.
