School Food Services; Extended Day Programs. The provision of student food service at the charter school is the responsibility of the School and shall be provided according to applicable district, state and federal rules and regulations. The School shall make breakfast and lunch available to all students. Cafeteria services and extended day programs provided by the School shall be self-supporting. The School is solely responsible for funding any deficits it incurs in such services and programs and the Sponsor shall have no liability for same. Meals will be distributed to students using a point of sale accountability procedure. If applicable, the School shall distribute Information Letters and the Multi-Child Application for Free and Reduced Price Meal Benefits to students and shall certify student eligibility for such programs using required federal rules and procedures.

  • Special Education Services 1. The parties agree to uphold the tenets contained within the "Special Education Services: A Manual of Policies, Procedures and Guidelines” document (February 2011) published by the BC Ministry of Education.

  • Extended Support Services As long as funding is available (through FFFS, etc.), the district will provide the following supportive services for individuals who are eligible under the TANF Services 200% of poverty eligibility guidelines: None Section 5 Conciliation, Sanction and Dispute Resolution Procedures (Reference 18 NYCRR 385.11 and 385.12)

  • Food Services The School District will provide for all applicable Student meals as required by State and Federal law and School District rules and procedures as applicable when students attend a College site. Students may purchase food from College food service facilities when on the College campus.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:
