Common use of Teachers, Faculty and Staff Clause in Contracts

Teachers, Faculty and Staff. A teacher, faculty, or staff member must provide a photocopy of a valid current school ID that includes his or her name, date, and a photograph. If such end user does not have such a form of identification, the end user must instead provide a photocopy of a valid identification card with a photograph of himself or herself and one of the following items: (a) faculty or staff paycheck stub; or (b) an official letter from the registrar of the educational entity.
