Teachers in Buildings. Teachers should be in the building during the normal school day, except during their duty-free lunch period. Occasionally teachers may leave the building for personal business during the normal teaching time after signing out with the building principal. The normal school day shall be used only for preparation, conferences, classroom instruction, preschool supervision, recess supervision, study hall supervision and meetings called by the administration. The assignment to study hall supervision at the high school shall be regulated as follows:
