Common use of Teachers on L Clause in Contracts

Teachers on L. T.D. shall continue to receive benefits as provided in paragraph 8.01 until such time as they are eligible to collect the applicable unreduced service pension (maximum 64%) from the Teachers’ Pension Plan Board or attainment of age 65, whichever occurs first.

Teachers on L. T.D. shall continue to receive benefits as provided in paragraph Section 8.01 until such time as they are eligible to collect the applicable a 66% unreduced service pension (maximum 64%) from the Teachers’ Pension Plan Board or attainment of age 65, whichever occurs first.

Teachers on L. T.D. shall continue to receive benefits as provided in paragraph Section 8.01 until such time as they are eligible to collect the applicable a 70% unreduced service pension (maximum 64%) from the Teachers’ Pension Plan Board or attainment of age 65, whichever occurs first.

Teachers on L. T.D. shall continue to receive benefits as provided in paragraph 8.01 until such time as they are eligible to collect the applicable unreduced service pension (maximum 6466%) from the Teachers’ Pension Plan Board or attainment of age 65, whichever occurs first.
