Common use of Teaching Faculty Members Clause in Contracts

Teaching Faculty Members. Each semester teaching faculty shall distribute anonymous student evaluations to a minimum of two (2) course sections requiring different preparations (if possible) which are selected by the area xxxx after conferring with the unit member. The teaching faculty member will be responsible for distributing the evaluation forms to the students, providing a setting in which confidentiality and anonymity is ensured. A student should be designated to collect the completed forms and seal them in an envelope. The sealed envelopes should be submitted to the office of the area xxxx by the teaching faculty member no later than the next business day.
