Teaching Materials, Equipment and Supplies. Upon request, teachers shall be furnished with information regarding the placement of orders for materials, equipment and supplies. All teaching materials, equipment and supplies that have been requisitioned by teachers, prior to May 1 and have been provided for in the approved budget, shall, if at all possible, be ordered by July 1. Instructional materials and supplies shall be readily available and accessible in sufficient quantity to teachers within the school building.
