Team Requirements Sample Clauses

The Team Requirements clause sets out the specific qualifications, roles, and responsibilities that members of a project team must meet or maintain. Typically, it outlines the necessary skills, certifications, or experience required for team members, and may require the approval of key personnel by the other party or mandate prompt notification if team composition changes. This clause ensures that the project is staffed with appropriately qualified individuals, thereby maintaining quality standards and reducing the risk of project delays or failures due to inadequate staffing.
