TeamDynamix Content. TeamDynamix shall retain and possess all right, title, interest, and ownership in and to any and all ideas, concepts, know-how, data processing techniques, software or documentation developed by TeamDynamix personnel (alone or jointly with Client) in connection with Professional Services provided to Client, and it will be the exclusive property of TeamDynamix provided to Client as a part of the Professional Services described herein, and the Client shall have no right, title, interest, or ownership in or to such ideas, concepts, know-how, data processing techniques, software or documentation.
