TEAMSTERS, LOCAL 853. 379. The City will contribute annually to the Employee Tuition Reimbursement Program for the exclusive use of employees represented by the Teamsters, Local 853. On July 1, 1999, the City will contribute $6,000.00 into this fund. Effective July 1, 2000, the City will contribute an additional $3,000.00 annually to the employee Tuition Reimbursement fund. The maximum annual allocation for each covered employee shall be two-hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) per fiscal year for courses approved in accordance with guidelines established by the Department of Human Resources. Any non-allocated tuition or tuition allocated, but not used within the fiscal year, will be carried forward into the next fiscal year.
