Common use of TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND Clause in Contracts

TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND. The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement ten cents ($0.10) for each hour of work performed and remit it monthly to the Teamsters Pipeline Service Fund.

TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND. The Employer shall deduct forty cents ($0.40) per hour from each employee covered by this Agreement ten cents ($0.10) the following amount for each hour of work performed and remit it monthly to the Teamsters Pipeline Service Fund.

TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND. The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement ten twenty cents ($0.100.20) for each hour of work performed and remit it monthly to the Teamsters Pipeline Service Fund.

TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND. The Employer shall deduct the following from each employee covered by this Agreement ten cents ($0.10) for each hour of work performed and remit it monthly to the Teamsters Pipeline Service Fund.: May 1, 2010 $0.35 per hour

TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND. The Employer shall deduct the following from each employee covered by this Agreement ten cents ($0.10) for each hour of work performed and remit it monthly to the Teamsters Pipeline Service Fund.: May 1, 2007 $0.30 per hour

TEAMSTERS PIPELINE SERVICE FUND. The Employer shall deduct from each employee covered by this Agreement ten cents ($0.10) for each hour of work performed and remit it monthly to the Teamsters Pipeline Service Fund. In the event a member in good standing of the Union is employed in a capacity which is not covered by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and elects to participate in the Health Welfare and/or Pension Plans, the Employer shall make the prescribed contributions on his behalf. Such election shall be signed by the member and filed with the Employer and the Plan Administrator.
