Common use of TECH Claims Clause in Contracts

TECH Claims. 22.3.1 CONTRACTOR shall submit monthly claims to be received by ADMINISTRATOR no later than the twentieth (20th) calendar day of the month for expenses incurred in the preceding month, except as detailed below in Subparagraph 22.3.4. In the event the twentieth (20th) calendar day falls on a weekend or COUNTY holiday, CONTRACTOR shall submit the claim the next business day.
