Common use of Technical Advice Clause in Contracts

Technical Advice. Seller may furnish technical assistance, advice and information with respect to the Goods supplied by Seller, and only to the extent that such advice, assistance and information are conveniently available. Seller makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of the information and Buyer acknowledges that Seller has no obligation to provide such information. If such information is provided, it shall be without charge to Buyer and Buyer shall use it at its own risk.
