Technical Disputes. 6.1 If, at any time during the design phase or any other stage of the building work, there is a difference of opinion between the Builder and the Buyer in relation to any technical matter, then either party may give a notice to the other party and if the parties do not resolve the difference of opinion within five (5) working days after the date of service of such a notice, the Builder or the Buyer may require that the difference of opinion be treated as a Dispute of a technical nature to be resolved in accordance with Clause 1 of Article 13.
