Common use of Technical Disputes Clause in Contracts

Technical Disputes. In case of any discrepancy in a warranty-claim, a first-class international test-institute such as TÜV Rheinland in Germany / China, TUV SUD in Germany / China, PI in Berlin / China and the third party which be agreed between the parties, shall be retained to judge the claim finally.
