Common use of Technical Inspections Clause in Contracts

Technical Inspections. In instances where technical inspection and testing unless are being provided by the Project Architect or other third party (which shall be a Project Cost paid by Owner), Development Manager shall assist the Project Architect or other third parties and the General Contractor in coordinating such technical inspection and testing.
