Common use of Technical Records Clause in Contracts

Technical Records. The Contractor shall make, and retain during the Service Term and for a period of two (2) years thereafter, reasonable records in relation to the Implementation Services performed by the Contractor in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The Contractor will maintain reasonable technical records (as opposed to financial records) in relation to its performance of the Services including a detailed record of the rectification of Faults. In each case Purchaser will be allowed to inspect and audit and/or take copies (at no additional cost) of those records following reasonable notice given to the Contractor.
