Technical Support for End Users. The parties will cooperate to provide technical support for End Users (including warranty claims) that are not in default as set forth in Exhibit B. The individuals listed in Exhibit B will be the primary contacts for each party with regard to technical support for End Users. The parties will select technical contacts that have been trained in the operation of the Products. Distributor will ensure that its support personnel receive appropriate training relating to the Products.
