Common use of Technical Workgroup Clause in Contracts

Technical Workgroup. The Contractor shall assign staff to participate in the Encounter Technical Workgroup periodically scheduled by the Department. The workgroup’s purpose is to enhance the data submission requirements and improve the accuracy, quality and completeness of the Encounter submission.
