Technology Requirements. The Customer is required to obtain and maintain, at the Customer’s own expense, compatible Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software approved for such use by Royal Bank, and which are up-to-date and unaltered from manufacturer specifications. Royal Bank is not responsible for, and makes no representations or warranties of any nature, with respect to any such Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software provided by any other Person. Royal Bank has the right, in its sole discretion, without notice, to make changes to this Service from time to time which may result in the Customer’s Electronic Channels, hardware, operating systems, and software no longer being compatible with this Service, and in such event, Royal Bank will have no responsibility or liability to the Customer or any other Person.

Technology Requirements. The Contractor must possess and maintain throughout the Term the computer technology and electronic devices sufficient to deliver the Services, and to submit invoices, reports and other information to WorkSafeBC. The Contractor’s computer technology and electronic devices, which includes but is not limited to computer equipment, hardware, software, security firewall and web browsers, must be current within six months of all security patches and upgrades and meet WorkSafeBC’s security and compatibility requirements as identified in “Provider Bulletins” issued by WorkSafeBC. WorkSafeBC reserves the right to change technology systems for invoicing, reporting and data submission at any time during the Term and may require the Contractor on 90 days’ written notice to the Contractor to obtain additional software, electronic devices or computer technology in order to be compatible with WorkSafeBC technology systems or business processes as the same may change or be updated from time to time in WorkSafeBC’s sole discretion.

Technology Requirements. To have ATB Business access, the Client must have Internet access using Internet browser programs that are compatible with ATB Financial’s systems and which have at least 128 bit encryption. ATB Financial has the right, at any time, to enhance the security associated with the Services. The Client understands that it may be required to update its browser, system or security procedures and agrees to do so as requested by ATB Financial in order to continue accessing or using ATB Business.

You must also download a version of the App that supports Mobile Cheque Deposit to your Electronic Access Device. We are not responsible for hardware, operating systems and software needed to operate Mobile Cheque Deposit. We have the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to make changes to Mobile Cheque Deposit from time to time which may result in your Electronic Access Device, hardware, operating systems and software no longer being compatible with Mobile Cheque Deposit, and in such event, we will have no responsibility or liability to you or any other person.
