Each Holder agrees, severally but not jointly, to furnish to the Company (i) in writing, all information with respect to such Holder that the Company reasonably deems required or advisable to be included in the Shelf Registration Statement and any other information necessary to make any such information previously furnished to the Company by such Holder not misleading and (ii) completed and executed selling shareholder questionnaires, powers of attorney, indemnities and other documents reasonably required by the Company at least five (5) days prior to the anticipated filing date.
