Telecommunication Lines. Subject to Landlord’s continuing right of supervision and approval, and the other provisions hereof, Tenant may: (i) install telecommunication lines (“Lines") connecting the Premises to Landlord’s terminal block on the floor or floors on which the Premises are located, or (ii) use such Lines as may currently exist and already connect the Premises to such terminal block. Landlord disclaims any representations, warranties or understandings concerning the capacity, design or suitability of Landlord's riser Lines or related equipment. If there is, or will be, more than one tenant on any floor, at any time, Landlord may allocate, and periodically reallocate, connections to the terminal block based on the proportion of square feet each tenant occupies on such floor, or the type of business operations or requirements of such tenants, in Landlord's reasonable discretion. Landlord may arrange for an independent contractor to review Tenant’s requests for approval hereunder, monitor or supervise Tenant's installation, connection and disconnection of Lines, and provide other such services, or Landlord may provide the same. In each case, Tenant shall pay Landlord's fees and costs therefor.
