Teleconference Hearings. 7.4.1. Where agreed to by the Parties and considered appropriate by the Arbitrator, and where allowed by provincial or territorial legislation governing arbitration, the Arbitrator may use a teleconference hearing rather than an in-person hearing to hear Your Claim.
