Dell monitors the APEX Service and collects telemetry data relating to Your and Customer’s use of the APEX Service as further provided in the Service Offering Description, and You may be receiving telemetry data as provided in the telemetry notice in the Service Offering Description and You are required to comply with all restrictions as provided in such telemetry notice and with all obligations set forth in this Agreement including Clauses 11.2 (Reseller Security Measures) and 11.3 (Data Processing).
