Telemetry System. Seller is responsible for designing, furnishing, installing, maintaining and testing a real time Telemetry System in accordance with the CAISO TariffTariff provisions applicable to the Generating Facility. Seller shall take all actions to ensure that Buyer will have access to the Telemetry System so that Buyer is able to carry out its duties as Scheduling Coordinator, including such access to the Telemetry System that will enable Buyer to remotely monitor the Generating Facility.
