Telephone and Other Wires. Tenant may not introduce telephone wires or other wires into the Premises without first obtaining Landlord's approval of the method and location of such introduction. No boring or cutting for telephone wires or other wires shall be allowed without Landlord's consent. The location of telephones, call boxes, and other office equipment affixed to the Premises shall be subject to Landlord's prior approval.
