Common use of Telephone Banking Service Clause in Contracts

Telephone Banking Service. 2. The Account Holder or his or her legal representative acknowledges and agrees that satisfaction of relevant conditions, as specified in the Terms and Conditions applicable to different products and services covered by this Agreement and subject to Clause 8 and Clause 10 hereof, may prompt a change in interest rates, fees and/or commissions applicable hereunder or introduction of new fees and/or commissions to be applied hereunder.
