Telephone Changes and Repairs. The Contractor shall not move, remove, add, alter, or reconfigure Government communication systems, networks, or lines without COR approval, which must be obtained in writing. The Contractor shall notify the COR when maintenance or repair of telephones or telephone lines is required.
