Common use of Telephone Meetings Clause in Contracts

Telephone Meetings. Any Member may participate in a meeting by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment, as long as all Members participating in the meeting can hear one another, and participation in a meeting by such means shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
