Common use of Telephone Meetings Clause in Contracts

Telephone Meetings. Unless otherwise restricted by the Certificate of Incorporation or these Bylaws, any member of the Board or of any committee may participate in a meeting by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
