Common use of Telephone Meetings Clause in Contracts

Telephone Meetings. A meeting of the Board or any committee of the Board may be held, or a Trustee may participate in a meeting of the Board or any committee of the Board, by means of telephone or such other communication facilities which permit all persons participating in the meeting to speak to and hear each other, and a Trustee participating in a meeting by that means is deemed to be present at the meeting and will be counted in determining whether a quorum is present.
