Common use of Telephone Requests Clause in Contracts

Telephone Requests. You agree that funds in any of your accounts with us can be transferred upon the telephone request of any authorized signer on the account. We shall not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result of our acting upon or executing any request, order or instruction we believe to be genuine.
