Common use of Telephonic Meeting Clause in Contracts

Telephonic Meeting. Stockholders may participate in a meeting of stockholders by means of a telephone conference or similar method of communication by which all persons participating in the meeting can hear one another. Participation in such meeting shall constitute presence in person at the meeting.
