Common use of Telephonic Recording Clause in Contracts

Telephonic Recording. The Parties agree that each may electronically record all telephonic conversations between them and that any such tape recordings may be submitted in evidence in any Proceedings relating to the Agreement. In the event of any dispute between the Parties as to the terms of aTransaction governed by the Agreement, the Parties may use electronic recordings between the persons who entered into such Transaction as the preferred evidence of the terms of such Transaction, notwithstanding the existence of any writing to the contrary.
