Suspensions by District. (a) The District may at any time, by notice in writing to Contractor, suspend any part of the Work on the Project by Contractor, its Subcontractors, or agents, for such period of time as may be necessary to prevent improper execution of the Work, or for other reasons in District's discretion, on the Project by Contractor, its Subcontractors or agents.
