Temporary Bargaining Unit Members With Two or More Years Service. For each temporary teacher with two or more years of District experience the teacher and the evaluator will choose two standards as a specific focus. The evaluator may select one of the standards. For temporary teachers having two or more years of satisfactory evaluations at least one of the two standards will be new each cycle.
