Temporary Collection Service. All Collection Component 455 lines of the Collection Elements, the Push Rates, and the Debris Box Handling Fees, if any, in 456 Exhibit 1, Form M-2. 457 4.03.1.2 Emergency Service Rates - Employees. All hourly rates in 458 Exhibit 1, Form M-3. 459 4.03.1.3 Emergency Service Rates - Equipment. All hourly rates in 460 Exhibit 1, Form M-4. 461 4.03.2 RRI Adjustment. Beginning on March 1, 2010, and annually thereafter 462 during the term of this Agreement, the Collection Elements of the maximum service rates set 463 forth in Article 4.03.1 above shall be adjusted by the RRI adjustment set forth below. In any 464 year that the calculation of the RRI results in a negative number, there shall be no adjustment of 465 the Collection Elements. Instead the negative RRI number shall be added to the result of the 466 subsequent years RRI calculation and the result shall be the RRI adjustment for that 467 subsequent year.

Temporary Collection Service. TEMPORARY COLLECTION SERVICE means SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES provided on a one-time or limited term basis, for which the COLLECTOR has temporarily placed containers or has otherwise provided for the removal of SOLID WASTE.

  • Temporary Contracts 10.3.5.1 Temporary contracts may be used in cases of replacement of regular faculty on leave or on other assignments in the College and in cases of work that is not expected to be ongoing. Temporary contracts will be reviewed at the end of one (1) year to determine the appropriateness for conversion to a regular contract.

  • Temporary Credit for Unamortized Specified Road Construction Cost When, under B8.33, Contracting Officer orders a delay or interruption of Purchaser’s Operations for more than 30 days when scheduled operations would be occurring but for the order, the Contracting Officer shall credit the unamortized cost of Specified Roads to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account, upon the written request of Purchaser or at the discretion of Contracting Officer. The amount credited to Purchaser shall be limited to stumpage paid above Base Rates. Any Specified Road construction cost credited to Purchaser pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser. However, if Purchaser has outstanding debt owing the United States, Contracting Officer must apply the amount of credit that could be refunded to the debt owed in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, as amended. Upon written notice from Contracting Officer that the basis for the delay or interruption no longer exists, Purchaser shall pay for timber a per unit amount, in addition to Current Contract Rates, that is equal to the amount credited to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account divided by 80 percent of the estimated remaining volume of the contract, until the full amount credited to Purchaser has been returned.

  • C4 Contract Price During Extension of the Initial Contract Period C4.1 Subject to the Pricing Schedule and the provision in clause F6 (Variation), the Contract Price shall apply for the Initial Contract Period and following an extension pursuant to clause F8 (Extension of Initial Contract Period), to the date of expiry of the extended period, or such earlier date of termination or partial termination of the agreement in accordance with the Law or the provisions of the Contract.   • Temporary Upgrade An employee in a temporary upgrade status shall have no right to grieve or arbitrate release from such temporary upgrade status.

  • Temporary Layoffs A. The Employer may initiate a temporary layoff for up to twelve (12) working days per fiscal year. Employees will be given thirty (30) days’ notice before the effective date of a temporary layoff. Employees may request alternative temporary layoff days from their manager or supervisor and any requests will be considered and approved or denied in writing.

  • Additional Cards You may request additional Cards and permit Authorized Users to have access to your Card or Account.
