Common use of Temporary College Closure Clause in Contracts

Temporary College Closure. Either through the College website or local media outlets, faculty members may be advised that the College will not open until a specified time or will be temporarily closed for a short period of time due to circumstances beyond the control of College administration. In this case, all faculty will be expected to be on duty at the designated opening time. The Human Resources Director may make exceptions.
