Common use of TEMPORARY HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES Clause in Contracts

TEMPORARY HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES. Residential Life may adopt and implement Temporary Health and Safety Procedures (TH&SP) to address critical health and safety concerns. Residents are responsible for complying with all such procedures. A copy of any temporary residential health and safety procedures currently in place can be found on the Residential Life web page (xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx). Residents will be notified of any changes to the TH&SP by email to their official University email address. Failure to follow these procedures may result in adjudication through the conduct process. Residents must also comply with any University guidelines related to public health.
