If Resident should contract a communicable disease, Resident may be required to leave the Room Space until Resident is no longer contagious. Failure to comply with rules and regulations is considered a contract violation and will be referred to the student conduct system. All students found responsible for violating these rules and regulations are subject to judicial action which could include; removal from housing, and suspension or expulsion from the University. 2.

If Resident should contract a communicable disease, Resident may be required to leave University housing until no longer contagious. In the event the University deems it necessary to require students to vacate their residence hall facilities, the University will make efforts to allow residents to remove their personal belonging as long as doing so is consistent with health and safety considerations. In those circumstances where students are not able to remove their belongings at the time the facilities are vacated, the University will determine when students may return to retrieve their belongings. There may be circumstances in which the University must arrange for items to be packed and stored and picked up by students at the appropriate time.

2. The occupancy period in the Oaks is from August 2024 to July 2025. Residents will be billed accordingly for thisoccupancy period, in alignment with typical university billing periods throughout the calendar year.
3. Residents of the Oaks are ineligible to participate in room change processes that would involve a move to other on campus areas and can only change rooms within the Oaks. DRAFT
