Common use of Temporary Investment Clause in Contracts

Temporary Investment. Pending the final application of any Net Proceeds pursuant to this Section 2.07, Holdings, the Borrower or the applicable Restricted Subsidiary may apply such Net Proceeds temporarily to reduce Indebtedness outstanding under a revolving credit facility or otherwise invest such Net Proceeds in Cash Equivalents.

Temporary Investment. Pending the final application of any Net Proceeds pursuant to this Section 2.072.07 (other than proceeds of Permanent Securities), Holdings, the Borrower or the applicable Restricted Subsidiary may apply such Net Proceeds temporarily to reduce Indebtedness outstanding under a revolving credit facility or otherwise invest such Net Proceeds in Cash Equivalents.

Pending the final application of any Net Cash Proceeds pursuant to this Section 2.07, Holdings2.10, the Borrower or the applicable Restricted Subsidiary may apply such Net Cash Proceeds temporarily to reduce Indebtedness outstanding under a revolving credit facility or otherwise invest such Net Cash Proceeds in Cash EquivalentsPermitted Investments.
