Common use of TEMPORARY MEDICAL CONDITIONS Clause in Contracts

TEMPORARY MEDICAL CONDITIONS. Leaves of absence for temporary medical conditions shall be granted to employees without pay for a period not exceeding 30 days, provided the employee furnishes satisfactory proof of such medical conditions prior to granting such leave. If the medical leave continues beyond the 30 days, the leave of absence shall be extended provided the employee furnishes the Company with a report from a licensed physician stating the necessity for such extension.
