Temporary reduction in conditions. MPI and the PSA may agree to a temporary reduction in employee conditions of employment, including reduced hours, to avoid a redundancy situation. This option can include a guarantee by MPI to recompense the employee for short or long-term losses resulting from the reduced conditions. These will be agreed in consultation with an employee, or a group of employees.
