Common use of Temporary Suspension and Recommencement Clause in Contracts

Temporary Suspension and Recommencement. When DBS deems it is difficult to maintain the performance of the service due to force majeure events or any other circumstances might prevent DBS from providing the services from time to time, DBS may temporarily suspend the service in whole or in part upon notifying Members according to a method DBS considered appropriate including but not limited to the website prescribed by DBS. DBS will do the same when it recommences the service after the reason for suspension ceases to exist. DBS will not refund charges relating to the period of suspension of the service.
