Common use of Tenant as Corporation Clause in Contracts

Tenant as Corporation. If Tenant executes this Lease as a corporation, then Tenant and the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that the individuals executing this Lease on Tenant's behavior are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on its behalf in accordance with a duly adopted resolution of the board of directors of Tenant, a copy of which is to be delivered to Landlord on execution hereof, and in accordance with the By-Laws of Tenant and that this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.

Tenant as Corporation. If Tenant executes this Lease as a corporation, then Tenant and the persons executing this Lease on behalf of Tenant represent and warrant that the individuals executing this Lease on Tenant's behavior behalf are duly authorized to execute and deliver this Lease on its behalf in accordance with a duly adopted resolution of the board of directors of Tenant, a copy of which is to be delivered to Landlord on execution hereof, and in accordance with the By-Laws bylaws of Tenant Tenant, and that this Lease is binding upon Tenant in accordance with its terms.
